酸菜黄鱼

材料:小黄鱼、川式酸菜(超市里做酸菜鱼的酸菜就是了)
辅料:姜、葱、蒜、泡红椒
调料:盐、鸡精、绍酒、少许糖、高汤(没有可用开水)
做法:
一、小黄鱼收拾干净,用葱姜、绍酒腌制十分钟,擦干水分,入油锅炸至外表酥黄(不要像做椒盐小黄鱼那样炸得太酥),备用;
二、炒锅内热油,七成热,下姜片、蒜片、泡红椒爆香后倒入切成丝的酸菜煸炒,倒入高汤,放入小黄鱼,放盐、鸡精、糖调味;
三、中火炖十五分钟,起锅撒上葱花即可。
注意:调料可按个人口味的浓淡酌量添加。没有高汤开水也可以替代但是味道和高汤还是有点距离。

the thing is i dont know what to eat tmr. eat outside or cook at home. the latter seems impossible.
am i gonna get those junk food again, or those freaking cantonese food?
no~~~~~~~not vietnamese beef noodle again!!!
wanna have something real vege~~~~~ and some soup real yummy~~~
